A St. Petersburg native, Shirley Rigo, PA has dedicated her career to helping clients buy, sell, lease, and manage real estate throughout the Tampa Bay area. With over four decades of real estate experience, Shirley is recognized for her extensive market knowledge, exceptional client service, and long-standing commitment to the community.

After earning her real estate license in 1984 and beginning her career in commercial leasing in Atlanta, Georgia, Shirley returned home to St. Petersburg, where she built a successful career specializing in residential sales, luxury leasing, property management, and seasonal rentals.

For more than 20 years, Shirley has consistently ranked among the top-performing REALTORS® nationally. In 1999, she developed and launched a premier luxury rental and property management division, RiGO Rentals, Sales & Property Management, which continues to provide exceptional service to homeowners, investors, and seasonal residents.
